Choosing automatic refills

Slimava offers both one-time purchases and automatic refills. Review your purchase option before checkout. When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring payments for that offer until you cancel.

Slimava offers have refill schedules of 1, 3, or 5 months, depending on the bundle selected. The recurring price and interval are shown before you complete your purchase. Checkout also shows any applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Email support@slimava.com with your order number or the email address used for your purchase and ask us to cancel.

Submit your cancellation before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription charges and deliveries.

Orders already processed

Cancelling future refills does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed. That order remains covered by our 60-day refund guarantee, including opened or empty bottles.

You can request both cancellation and a refund in one email.
